1. Present Identity cards or registration cards at the entrance.
2. Maximum silence/order be observed in and around the library.
3. Mobile phones MUST be in silence.
4. Hand bags, paper bags, jackets and other similar items must be put in the baggage counter.
5. Stealing of any library material/property is an offence that is subjected to disciplinery action.
6. Damaging of any library reading material leads to a penalty equal to the damages caused.
7. Maximum cooperation with library workers is expected at all times in the library.
8. Eats, Drinks and smoking are not allowed in the library.
9. All borrowed materials from the library must be returned in the specified time and a day.
10. No library furniture should be moved out of the library unless with authority.
11. Respect the sitting arrangement in the library.
12. Outside library users MUST register first with the library before they access the library resources.
13. Clearance of finalist students shall be made after presentation of the library card.
14. Books removed from the shelves should not be re-shelved by the user, but left on the reading tables after use.
15. Failure to return Library books will result into suspension of the defaulters from the library and forwarded to the disciplinary committee for appropriate action.
NOTE: Bleach of any of these rules and regulations may lead to suspension of a user from accessing the library services.
